Taking Over A Complete SAP Environment With No Handover
A client urgently needed a new partner to take over end-to-end support of their entire SAP environment, across the Functional, Development, and Basis layers. No handover was available from the previous provider.
PAS reassured the client from the start that the missing handover would not compromise the transition. Drawing on deep SAP expertise and a rapid approach to aligning with the business, PAS took over the environment. The transition was smooth and caused no disruption to the business.

State Entity. The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is a South African state insurer that compensates people injured or killed in road accidents. PAS was commissioned to assess the security of the RAF's SAP payment engine. PAS identified areas of risk, put immediate security controls in place, and defined a clear roadmap for more secure payment processing going forward.
Manufacturing. PPC Ltd is a South African manufacturer of cement, aggregates, ready-mixed concrete, and fly ash, and a leading cement supplier in southern Africa. PPC trusts PAS to meet demanding requirements across its operations beyond South Africa's borders, building solutions in SAP ERP and the SAP integration layer. PAS also provides SAP Basis support (the technical administration that keeps SAP systems running smoothly).
